Returns/Exchanges on Defective and Misprinted Products

Since our custom socks are made-to-order items with personalized designs, we cannot issue any returns or exchanges. However, if there is a distinct defect on the product, you can appeal your case. You can open a case for your order by emailing us a picture of the defect, along with your order number. Our quality control team will assess your case and will offer you two options – a refund or a free reprint of your order.

If you received an order and the printed design did not meet your expectations, you can email us an image of your socks. Our quality control team will refer to the digital preview we sent earlier to you and if there is a significant discrepancy between the two, then we would offer you two options – a refund or a free reprint of your order.

All refunds will include the original amount paid, any shipping expenses, and sales tax. After the refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email and should expect the funds to be deposited back to your account within 2-5 business days.


Shipping Refunds

Getting our orders out on time is a major priority of ours! In the event where our postal services are experiencing delays, we can issue you a refund for the shipping expenses if your order was delivered after the expected delivery date. However, if there was a delay in confirming the digital previews or if you were unresponsive to our emails, these orders will not be eligibility for refunds on shipping expenses. Please understand that these delays push back the production for your order which will result in a delayed delivery date.Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Holiday Season Delays

During this busy time, please be understanding of production and shipping delays. Our team is working diligently during this season, trying to ship out your orders to the best of our abilities! Please refer to our “Holiday Notice” during this time for more details.


If you find that at any point you would want to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible. Since our items are made-to-order, once your socks are in production, we cannot proceed with the cancellation. If you have any concerns, please address them before the design preview has been confirmed.
